Atucha II Nuclear Power Plant resumes supplying energy after completing planned outage
This morning, the Atucha II Nuclear Power Plant resumed delivering energy to the Argentine Electric System, after successfully completing the planned outage that began on June 25, once again ensuring a safe and efficient electricity supply for millions of Argentinians.

The process was completed on time, allowing the plant to resume operations during a period of high electricity demand, reaffirming Nucleoeléctrica’s commitment to generating reliable energy for the country.
The shutdown enabled intervention work on the reactor head, which cannot be carried out while the plant is in operation.
All activities were conducted in strict compliance with established protocols, ensuring at all times the safety of the plant, personnel, the public, and the environment.
