New Board of Directors of Nucleoeléctrica Argentina
The Shareholders' Assembly was held, where the company’s new authorities were appointed.

On Wednesday, April 23, the Shareholders' Assembly of Nucleoeléctrica Argentina was held, during which the composition of the new Board of Directors was appointed to lead the company for the upcoming period.
The new Board of Directors is composed of the following individuals:

During the assembly, the President of Nucleoeléctrica Argentina, Dr. Demián Reidel, emphasized the company's strategic role in the future of the country's nuclear energy, stating that it would be the "executing arm of the Argentine nuclear plan we are developing to make Argentina a global energy powerhouse."
Nucleoeléctrica Argentina operates the Atucha I, Atucha II, and Embalse nuclear power plants, which together have a total installed capacity of 1,763 MW, contributing approximately 7% of the electricity consumed in the country.
The company is responsible for the operation and maintenance of these plants, as well as the commercialization of the energy in the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM) and the development of projects to ensure the safe and reliable operation of its facilities.
