Thursday 9 May 2024
Visits to the Embalse Nuclear Power Plant have taken place uninterruptedly since its construction phase.
Even during the pandemic, virtual visits were organized until in-person tours could resume. By the end of 2023, the plant had recorded a total of 262,783 visits.
Through its visit program, Embalse—along with Atucha I and II—opens its doors to those who wish to learn more about nuclear power generation.
This activity provides insight into all aspects related to the operation of the plants. The visits include an introductory talk and a guided tour of the main areas, led by specialized guides.
Visits are aimed at schools, institutions, and national and international organizations, as well as individuals.
The tours are free of charge, and places are limited.
